John Wei is the founder and CEO of Astutequity Holdings, LLC., a real estate investment firm headquartered in California. As CEO, he is responsible for developing and executing the company's long-term objectives, growth strategies, and initiatives as well as managing day-to-day operations.

As of 2024, Astutequity Holdings has acquired over $80 Million of assets and a little over 600 units. The firm focuses on capital preservation while striving to return strong, risk-adjusted cash on cash to investors. Astutequity capitalizes its projects with high-net-worth investors. Within the real estate industry, Astutequity specializes in value-added real estate and exhibits expertise in extracting maximum value from every asset it acquires. Rather than attempting to play cycle timing, the firm strives to acquire excellent apartment communities within well-located submarkets in Dallas Fort Worth.

John has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of San Francisco and is a Certified Financial Planner(r).
